A woman hunches over in an emergency department waiting room after staff found her lying on the floor attempting to sleep and assisted her. This would repeat itself twice more before she was admitted with a blood alcohol level of 0.35, more than 4 times the legal limit. It was her third visit to the ER in a 24 hour period.
