Raohl Hursh dresses himself in hospital provided clothing before being released from the ICU. His own clothes had do be cut off of him when he arrived in critical condition. "I worry about my things being left out in the streets" he says, explaining his custom of signing out against medical advice or leaving without notifying hospital staff. Without proper discharge from the hospital, Hursh exposes himself to dangers of going without proper recovery and the hospital of liability for his safety.
